In June 2020 the New Membership to the MMM Group Begins – This covers Sunday morning Yoga Meditation and Group Coaching and Coffee, one weekday session (am) and one evening session (pm) and any number of online meditations and healing (live and recorded) A weekly schedule will be posted via email and then WhatsApp reminders sent.

For the MMM Membership you agree to (via email ) :


1. You agree to sign the data and health agreement and declaration
2. You agree to take part in the 30 day programme and attend every Sunday for the 4 weeks (revied at the end of each month .(signup if a 30 day rolling contract)
3. You commit to designing your goals -reviewing and refining them (with our help) and weekly and activity implementing them
4. Supporting each other in positive ways
5. Agree to seek help ,guidance ,therapy or medical help for any persistent low mood, emotional state or mental health issues
MMM (Yoga Meditation and mental coaching ) sessions and classes are mostly content free activities -but where there is a discussion and focused activity it will maintain a positive focus

Negative feelings and memories can be activated through the class experiences or processes and can OFTEN be processed non verbally through the MMM movement and clearing processes. (direct guidance can be sought in 1/1 meetings arranged by email -as agreed) Participants can learn a range of techniques to help process them and move back into a state of positive wellbeing NB where this does not occur -or negative experiences persist participants will be encouraged to seek other support ,therapy, coaching or medical input .


Yoga for the over 40s and 50s -Beginners and intermediate
For drop in and bookings you will need to sign up via email and return the “Agreement” which is a data and health declaration and agreement.
About Yoga
I am trained as a Yin Yang Chinese 5 Elements yoga and meditation teacher- This stye utilises the Chinese five elements of Wood Metal Earther Water and Fire. Some are active energy producing, some are more flowing and some are more static poses and grounding.
Classes are beginners and intermediate
Some classes are Yang and some are YIn and sometimes both -depending on the programme and schedule
All classes finish with a meditation -Evening classes will have a longer meditation session (please have a blanket and pillow)

What is Therapeutic Coaching?


Therapeutic Coaching is an approach that focuses both on the ongoing relationship and on a client taking action toward the realization of their visions, goals or desires. Coaching uses a process of inquiry and personal discovery to build the client’s level of awareness and responsibility and provides the client with structure, support and feedback. The coaching process helps clients both define and achieve professional and personal goals faster and with more ease than would be possible otherwise.


Although called therapeutic coaching- this model does not work in traditional models of therapy . Like general therapy models it seeks to build a positive relationship with the client, to recognise what is going on in life and what you would rather have feel or desire instead, but also discusses the practical steps to work towards those goals.


The model consists of using a holistic approach to any feelings thoughts blocks or issues that might impede the client’s capacity to move beyond the current reality. Most are content free.


NB please note this model does not suit all clients


If after the exploratory session it appears we may not be suited to working together -I will share some options for getting the right help and support
Please always see your g.p where there may be some underlying mental health or health issues . Some clients need longer term counselling and therapy or a CBT offer that works on developing skills for life .

It may not help you if:

• If may not benefit you if you have a very long history of mental health issues -but a one to three session trail can help assess what is possible
• It may not help with recent grief and loss -but can help create tools towards feeling in more optimum states whilst recognising the process of grief
• It may not help if you feel you are unable to make any changes, feel powerless or focus your attention only on others as the source of your pain and discomfort
It may not help if you struggle to create and practice the steps necessary to achieve your goals
An exploratory session-sessions (3 max) – can help check what it is you need and require for you to live a happy and joyous life


These sessions will help if you have already made some steps to changes and a life you desire

• If you are aware and proactive
• If you are able to communicate both positive and negative experiences and can learn tools to help you move past what doesn’t feel good.

Why do we struggle, feel stressed? out of Sync?


We have a mental, spiritual and a physical body that needs support to stay happy ,healthy and fit, we also have energetic bodies that need the same.
When we begin to realize that we do have access to the amount of energy that we run off of during the day, we have personal power and control.
Freeing yourself from unwanted thoughts and emotions unleashes an extreme amount of energy which can then be used toward accomplishing your goals dreams and wishes and raise your energy levels and vibration.


Working cognitively


Thoughts have a massive impact on the way people feel ,their self-esteem, ability to make healthy decisions and function well . Becoming aware of them and starting to try a range of techniques can help alleviate the destructive power . Noticing your emotions can help you train your own innate guidance to become clearer and more empowered in many aspects of your life.
For some people its stress reduction or meditation that can help, for others its talking through the perceived issues towards a new way of being, for others it creating activity’s that create balance and joy .


Working Environmentally


One area of life that many people underestimate that can also have an impact is the environment in which they live or work. The amount of “stuff” that surrounds them, constant reminders of bills to pay or paperwork to sort out. Making some small changes in this area can also release some much needed time and energy .

Our bodies are live systems made up of energy. Some of us are more aware of the subtle differences we experience with people, places and things. Sometimes our energy can be affected by a range of past and present issues. My work involves helping you develop your awareness so that you can become your own master at managing your energy and raising the vibration. Doing so can improve all aspects of your life and increase joy happiness and general satisfaction. Everyone is unique and on a different path. Increase your vitality and wellbeing and learn to sustain it for longer. Methods of energy work will be discussed with you so that your able to choose what feels right and fits .
