You know that you need to move forward but what if the road isn’t clear? what do you do? Your moving, so the momentum has been set in motion and if it’s with ease and feels ok, then it usually means its right for you.
But then you find fears kicks in. The what if’s, the maybes, the anxiety arise. Then you notice other peoples views that make you doubt what your doing . Then what? You to look left or right? then what? do you temporarily sway? or do you manage to stay with what feels right for you ?
The people around you , could be people you’ve gone to in the past and sought advice. But what if this is not the right advice anymore?
What if you’re moving forward is going to make some changes on that relationship? what if they want you to stay ? Is it more comfortable for them than it is you?
Do you know yourself well enough to know when something doesn’t quite fit? What if you want something new? Or are looking to just make a change, any change? No matter where we are in all this, or how much better for you the decision would be, we can still go round in circles wondering what to do. Modern psychology has studied the process of decision making. Many of us get caught up in what is and isn’t a good decision. But psychology often states there really isn’t such a thing (in many cases) of a good decision. There are just choices. Choices we make that will take us down one path instead of another. Some of the most successful people in business use simple techniques. If the decision can be changed then theirs no reasons why you cant go for it.
What if you sense that their negative view constant revisiting of past failures. When really there isn’t such a thing as failure only experience. Is what you end up discussing starting to feel uncomfortable? They may be wrong or even short-sighted.
only you will know what the next step is right for you. Its common for things to seem unknown. It can feel daunting, but it could also turn out to have been the best move you have ever made.
If openings and activities emerge that help it flow and things seem to indicate that it’s going in the right direction, then it’s probably the right thing.
Before you share your dreams, hopes and aspirations check that who your sharing them with. Know who still has your back and wants the best for you.

Then I asked the universe to help me with my next step. A month later a friend sent me an email with a job ad, and that turned into my next post!
7-Write a list of all your skills, knowledge base and work experience-then circle the aspects of work you enjoy . Add any skills that you need to help you with the next job.
8- Start that hobby you always wanted to try. Its amazing how much a shift in one area can help with the rest.
